We are a community of healthcare professionals who specialize in the use of efficacious treatment techniques, ranging from yoga and breathwork to therapy and nature-connected experiences. The Cityscape Therapy team works with each client to build a treatment plan tailored to their individual needs and modifies the plan over time. Our structural culture rests upon the values of education, collaboration, openness, and fun, ever seeking to cultivate moments of intrapersonal and interpersonal growth. Above all, our goal is to create an environment where clients feel safe enough to take risks, to act with courage and vulnerability and to unearth their hero within.

Daniel Rogers M.A, LMHC, CRC

Daniel is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and specializes in the assessment and treatment of anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, as well as maladaptive behavioral responses, including substance use disorder, gambling disorder, and gaming disorder. He holds advanced certifications in motivational interviewing, CBT, and recovery coaching, and views his educational experience as a journey with no end, consistently seeking to learn of the most efficacious and research-based treatment modalities available. Over the years, he has cultivated experience in using and integrating various therapeutic approaches, including acceptance and mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure therapy, experiential therapy, and positive psychology. After receiving his B. A. at the University of Michigan, he began to support individuals with mental health and substance use challenges. At the same time he received his M.A in Mental Health Counseling from New York University.

Daniel’s experience includes a clinical internship and externship experience at Weill Cornell Medical Center for Treatment and Research, managing a sober living home, working as a full-time clinician at Midtown Health and Wellness, and he continues to work with Legacy Outdoor Adventures, a residential treatment, and wilderness therapy program.

Lori Haddad-Fusco CASAC, CPRC, BMET

Lori has been working in the field for over 30 years and specialize in case management and recovery coaching. After receiving her CASAC (Certified Alcohol and Substance Use Disorder Counselor), CPRC (Certified Peer Recovery Coach), and BMET (Body Mind Evolutionary Training) certifications, Lori began working managing a sober living home in New York. Lori’s philosophy is rooted in the belief that well-being and fulfillment requires working with the entire person. The capacity to heal and most importantly, to thrive, is inherent in all of us. The goal is to integrate the body, mind, and spirit to receive the desired result of feeling whole and to unearth the joy inherent in all of us. Utilizing various exercises, breathing techniques, and wellness interventions to break through blocked energy channels. In addition, she provide psychoeducation and utilize motivational interviewing techniques to guide individuals on their journey of self-discovery and personal growth. Lori recognizes that one size does not fit all and strive to meet each person where they are at.

Derek Daley SUDC

Derek created the #CityscapeAdventures series in 2018 to bring together the public, industry leaders, and professionals from around the country to discuss and experience the power of incorporating nature into traditional therapy.

Derek is a co-founder of Legacy Outdoor Adventures and Juniper Canyon. A seasoned professional in the field with over 20 years of experience working in the Outdoor Behavioral Healthcare industry. Derek was the recipient of the 2017 Utah Community Service award for his nonprofit work and is a strong advocate for prevention through promotion. Derek presents nationally at universities and conferences educating and demystifying wilderness therapy and encouraging taking therapy off the couch and outside. Derek also presents and works locally with his community to raise awareness and address the root causes of addiction, mental illness, and trauma. Committed to the goal of advancing effective wilderness and residential treatment to more diverse demographics, Derek serves on the Outdoor Behavioral Healthcare council board. Founder of the Loa Fund, a non-profit supporting mental health, and addiction treatment. Founder of the YAA campaign, a positive message campaign designed to promote compassion, kindness, and gratitude facilitated at High schools, Universities, and at the Sundance Film Festival. Avid promoter of positive culture and giving back. Derek consistently finds ways to cultivate opportunities and inspire those around him. Since 2001 Derek has been living a wilderness therapy dream, with notable efforts at Redcliff, Aspen, and Open Sky.

On the weekends he is learning to ski with his eleven-year-old son and 8-year-old daughter negotiating the dubious hot chocolate to ski-run ratio.

Isabel Bareiss CRPA

Isabel is a New York City based Yoga Teacher, Reiki Practitioner, and Certified Recovery Peer Advocate (CRPA). After receiving her Yoga and Reiki certifications from Connecticut Power Yoga and Beacons of Change, she began treating clients using a holistic approach. During this time, Isabel also completed her certification as a Recovery Peer Advocate. Isabel prioritizes somatic healing, believing that a person’s innermost feelings have a profound effect on their physical bodies. Her yoga practice ranges from a power flow to restorative movement mediation, and she seeks to set clients up with the skills to bring present moment insight and awareness into even the most stressful of environments. Over the years, Isabel has worked in both individual and group settings and shares these teachings on a global stage, including Italy, Germany, and New Zealand. She focuses on restoring and reviving the balance between mind, body, and spirit and has extensive understanding of the human anatomy, energetic points, and the yogic postures.
